tidal analogy

For some god awful reason i was watching some crap channels news section with the traffic helichopter in the sky and it set me thinkin bout the parallels b/w lunar based tidal patterns wot happen with the sea-side & the mass movements of cars/transport/people flooding into & da shity in the morning and being flushed out again at evening times. I'm sure there are heapsa other analogies, but i canna think of any at the moment. But i'd gladly steal other peoples ideas & promote them  as my own...

The sow was one of three pigs who had fluorescent green protein injected into their embryos when they were bred in December 2006 by scientists in north-east China, Xinhua news agency says. The pigs glow green when placed under an ultraviolet light. Liu Zhonghua, a professor at North-East Agricultural University in the city of Harbin, says after the sow mated with an ordinary pig, two of the resulting 11 piglets inherited the feature. "The mouths, trotters and tongues of the two piglets glow green under ultraviolet light, which indicates the technology to breed transgenic pigs via cell nuclear transfer is mature," he was quoted as saying. Scientists in Taiwan had bred fluorescent pigs in January 2006, but Professor Liu said the birth of the fluorescent Chinese piglets proved such changes could be passed on to offspring, which expands scientific and medical possibilities. "This technology promises to breed excellent transgenic pigs and even raise special pigs to provide organs for human transplant operations in the future," he said. Lions may have eaten Kenyan corpses: Red Cross Posted 24 minutes ago Big cats and scavenger mammals and birds may have eaten some of the bodies of human victims of recent post-election violence in Kenya, the counrty's Red Cross says. "There are also an unspecified number of uncollected bodies due to accessibility difficulties and it was feared the bodies may have been consumed by animals and birds of prey," the Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS) said in a statement. Aid workers fear that the Kenyan death toll could overshoot at least 600 after they confirm the number of bodies in the bush, mainly in the country's Rift Valley province, which hosts more than 80 per cent of the 255,000 displaced. The society said at least 1,300 people had been injured across the east African nation. "The destruction and loss of property and crops worth millions of shillings have aggravated the situation since many people are affected and lack their means of livelihood," the statement added. "The affected communities cannot buy commodities after business premises were completely destroyed. "Government peace building efforts are yielding fruit as calm slowly returns in the violence plagued areas." - AFP

so the fictionary's gonna be this excellent new reference tool which takes words that aren't proper words but have a specific meaning & logical context/derivation (not just a dumb made up elf-involved language like hob-nobbits use) to convey an idea... i've only got 2 words so far... - esching (conversation that is self-referential & circular. talking round n round in circles - usually in an arguement or discussion) - slur'ds (when someone says something when they are so drunk & slurry you cant understand what the fuck they said they have just spoken in slur'ds instead of words) idea - audibly legible(?) other idea - overhauling spelling& alphabet use so capitals are used for LONG sounds & little letters for short ones. E.g. cat = c a t (or k a t), cake = c A k... will reduce # letters in alphabet but i reckon some sounds need thinking about... like OW
